Dear Mr. Doolan:
I contact your Service Department on April 12 to have my 2016 Kia Soul serviced due to air conditioner failure. I was told the earliest it could be seen was April 18. I expressed this was unsatisfactory due to my breathing issues. Then being told that date was the best you could do.
The next day I proceeded to drive up to Timbrook and speak to someone in person. The only person I could find, in the Service Dept., was Brandon Doolan. I told him about my health and I have to have air conditioning. He took my Kia into the garage. Shortly thereafter I waited in the Waiting Room. He came in and told me the compressor had gone bad and he would order one. He then proceeded to get me a loaner car, which he did.
I had the loaner on the 12th evening and the 13th, and he called around 3pm our car was finished, on the 13th. I immediately went to Timbrook.
I was so pleased with the car and concern I received from Mr. Doolan. Very prompt and professional service. You have an excellent employee in Mr. Brandon Doolan and he should be duly recognized.
I felt management should know how satisfied I am and we love our Kia Soul.

When I brought my Amanti in, my intention was to have it assessed for power steering trouble. There is a comfortable little nook with a table and chairs and a window overlooking Wills Creek. The space was perfect for reading a book while my car was being serviced. As Nate (Huff) walked by me, he said "Hello." I guess you could say he had me with hello; I left the dealership that day with the understanding that your service department manager would order a new power steering pump and (!) with a new Soul Plus, my first new car! Nate's approach was personable and relaxed. He sat down at the table and expressed his commitment to keeping the focus on me. He escorted me to the lot and showed me a Soul. (I recently bought a tent and plan on going camping again.) The red/black model caught me eye. I like the higher ground clearance, the added visibility, the cloth seats, the 30/60 added storage space feature, the adjusting steering wheel, the meter cluster design and SiriusXM. The test drive up Route 160 convinced me that the car had power and handling ability. By the time I returned, I had a name for her. I was invited to keep the car for the afternoon. A potential deal-breaker: whether or not Mom could get in and out easily. Knee surgeries are pending in late Summer/early Fall. She got in and out with relative ease. Nate added his personal phone number before he gave me his business card. Nate, Rich, Dina, and Craig (Service) made the sales and service experience very gratifying!

I am very pleased with the service department. I had to reschedule my vehicle twice due to schedule conflicts on my end (once at the last minute) and they were very kind and understanding. The person went over everything with me and asked me if I had any questions before I left. He had also already added in my discount (from a coupon) before I even arrived to get my car. Just wanted to let you know how much I love my 2016 Silver Kia Sorento. It meets all the needs I wanted it for. Gas mileage is great and the room in it for storage is awesome for trips. My German Shepherd, Shadow Rose, loves the back seat!! I have it covered to protect the seats from her paws, but she thinks the back seat is hers! I can store luggage etc in the area behind that seat.

The sales staff was absolutely AMAZING and very intelligent. I had been to numerous dealers who informed me that due to my bankruptcy 12 years ago, I was a "ghost" in the system. Because I sold vehicles before, I understood that. Your KIA finance manager went above and beyond by not just looking at Equifax or Experion. She pulled my Transunion score. Which I honestly forgot about myself. Almost 99% of all car dealers take the first score at "face value". The finance manager at your Timbrook KIA location went that extra step to do everything she could to put me into a vehicle. The sales rep that I dealt with made it a point to introduce me to their service department and also allowed me to schedule my first oil change while I was there. Going that extra step says a lot to me. I am very grateful and very pleased with the service I received. I honestly could not be happier.

There was no high pressure sales pitch. I spent the day looking at cars and I even walked away from one dealership because of a pushy salesman. Here I was treated with respect. I was offered a test drive and asked what features I was looking for and when I got back from my test drive, he had the car in the color I liked and the features I wanted waiting for me. He insisted I try it out too so I could see the differences in the two cars. Then, after I purchased my Soul, he went out with me and showed me a few features, asked me if I had any questions and even programmed my phone into the car. He didn't rush me at all. That is my idea of a good salesman.

Thank you so much for guiding us through the purchase of our new Sorento. This is the first time we purchased a Kia which, for me, made the car buying experience even more nerve wracking. You and your associates, Stephanie and Dina, however, made the process smooth and as stress free as you could and I left your dealership feeling very good about our purchase and very appreciative of all the help the three of you provided. I have never liked buying a car (the process literally makes me sick) and this was the best experience I have ever had with car buying.
We are still trying to figure out all the features included with the vehicle and our 12-year-old son has been teaching us all about the car. So far we love everything about it and enjoy the car more and more each day. We had a great time trying out the remote start - John and I struggled with it over and over but our 19-year-old figured it out the first time and we had a big laugh about it. So far we've hauled 6 people in it including our 6'5" young man and everyone rode comfortably. The only drawback we've seen so far with that much seating is that having 4 or more young people riding with you tends to get a little wild and crazy but that's not the car's fault.

Please tell Dina thank you for her patience with explaining everything related to financing and added programs and especially for her help to our daughter. She went above and beyond what she would have ever needed to do.
